- PCN decides on number of Remote Consultations to be purchased.

Remote & Face-2-Face Consultations
- Use Clinical Prescribing Services to deliver Remote and Face-2-Face Consultations.
- PCN decides on number of Remote Consultations to be purchased.
- Each of the 5 Surgeries would decide how many F2F appointments they need.
- Funded through by the PCN Clinical Pharmacist funding stream
Option 3
Remote & Face-2-Face PCCF/PDP Work
- Use Clinical Prescribing Services to deliver Remote and Face-2-Face Consultations and complete PCCF/PDS work.
- PCN decides on number of Remote Consultations to be purchased.
- Each of the Surgeries will get 1 x 3 hour face-2-face session per week.
- PDS/PCCF would be completed remotely.
- Funded through by the PCN Clinical Pharmacist funding stream
